Are MUA Makeup Academy products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we permit third parties to do so on our behalf.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Are your products vegan-friendly?

A large majority of our range is 100% vegan. You can find specific vegan labeling on individual product pages and on the product packaging itself.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery status.
